After you have sent your inquiry, you will receive an e-mail with the information about the availability as fast as possible. Enclosed you will also find the details for the advance payment (adds up to 20 % of the total price), payable either by remittance or by credit card via telephone.

• Check-in from 4 pm to 7 pm; check-out by 10 am. In case of delay we ask you to contact us by telephone.

•The prices include: private parking place, water, light, gas, weekly change of laundry, towels for swimming-pool, final cleaning.

• The prices include: heating costs.

• The security deposit is 250,00 € for “La Quercia”, 150,00 € for “L'Ulivo” and 150,00 € for “Il Castagno” and has to be paid at the arrival. The reimbursement is effected at the end of the stay, as long as no damage has occurred.

• There is the possibility to get a crib.

• On their arrival the guests will be welcomed with a gift basket full of home-made products and other delicacies.

• A cancellation effected at least 30 days before beginning the holiday allows a reimbursement of the prepayment (less bank charges). Any cancellation effected after this limit excludes reimbursement.
